We deliver to addresses within Helsinki and surrounding areas. Delivery availability and fees vary by location. We reserve the right to refuse delivery to certain areas or addresses.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We make every effort to deliver within the specified timeframe, but delays may occur due to:

• Traffic or road closures

• Recipient unavailability

We are not liable for delays beyond our reasonable control.

5.3 Delivery Procedures

Our delivery personnel will attempt to deliver to the specified address. If the recipient is unavailable:

• We may leave the flowers in a safe location
• We may leave a delivery notice
• We may contact the recipient or sender for instructions
• We may return the flowers to our shop

Redelivery may incur additional charges. We are not responsible for products left at the delivery address per your instructions.

5.4 Recipient Refusal

If a recipient refuses delivery, the sender will be notified. No refund will be provided for refused deliveries unless the refusal is due to our error.

6.1 Freshness Guarantee

We guarantee that all flowers are fresh at the time of delivery. Due to the perishable nature of flowers, their lifespan depends on care and environmental conditions after delivery.

6.2 Substitutions

Flower availability varies by season and supply. We reserve the right to substitute flowers or containers of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall design, color scheme, and style of the arrangement. If you require specific flowers, please contact us to confirm availability before ordering.

7. Returns and Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, we stand behind the quality of our products. Please refer to our Return Policy for detailed information about our satisfaction guarantee and refund procedures.

8. Intellectual Property
